Jason Miller, PA-C

Location: Savannah

Jason Miller graduated from South University in 2017 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He is thoroughly experienced in general orthopedic surgery, orthopedic trauma surgery and urgent care medicine. He is currently a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.  Jason was raised on Wilmington Island and has dedicated his professional career to help the local people.  In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching baseball and spending time with his beautiful wife and little boy.

Meredith Lenichek, PA-C

Location: Savannah

Meredith Lenichek is a 2013 graduate from the South College Physician Assistant program in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She also trained at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and is currently an ASCP Certified Medical Technologist.  She is a native East Tennessean, but has been a resident of the Lowcountry since 2014.  She has enjoyed working as physician assistant in primary care, emergency medicine and urgent care medicine.  In addition to caring for patients, she enjoys her full-time job of taking care of her sweet daughter and loving husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, poultry tending, fishing, hiking and anything that involves family and nature. 

Dawn O'Brien, PA-C

Location: Savannah

Dawn joined the SUC team in 2018, after graduating from South University’s PA Program in Savannah. She received her BA in English Literature from UGA in 2005 (Go Dawgs!), then subsequently worked in medical research before PA school. Dawn enjoys the variety of experience working in Urgent Care and has recently expanded her focus within the practice to include primary care.  Dawn believes strongly in meeting patients at their current comfort level to help them begin to improve their health in ways that are accessible and sustainable for that individual. She is also involved in the care of military reserve and veterans.  She feels very fortunate for the opportunity to serve this patient population. Additionally, Dawn enjoys teaching and working with students at South University’s PA program.  Back when she was a student at South, Dawn met her husband, fell in love with him and with Savannah, and decided to stay on as a “local” herself.  When not working, Dawn enjoys spending time in her garden, being on and around the water in any capacity, and unwinding with her 4 dogs, family and friends

Skyler Lamberth, PA-C

Location: Savannah

Skyler Lamberth is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with experience in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and Primary Care. PA Lamberth has spent most of his professional career serving in critical access Emergency Departments where he can reach populations that may not otherwise receive care. He is the 2022 Georgia Association of Physician Assistants President Elect and American Association of Physician Assistants Delegate. He graduated from South University from the Physician Assistant Program. He has been married for 3 years to Baylee Lamberth and together they have two dogs and two cats. Skyler enjoys boating, fishing, and gathering with friends and family.
