Arvin Ward PA-C is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Urgent Care. Working closely with his wife Martha Ward the Regional Director/Consultant, they have worked together to build the practice from day one. Arvin and Martha have one daughter Alana, twin boys Sebastian and Greyson, and a small dog named Darla that make up their family. They love to travel in their motorhome and have spent the last five years working in various Emergency departments around the USA. Arvin is a 2006 Physician Assistant Program graduate at South University in Savannah GA and he is currently working on his Doctorate of Medical Science degree at the Rocky Mountain University in Utah. When they are not busy with work, they love exploring the outdoors, hiking fishing, camping and golfing. 

Dr. Boris Shklyar is the Chief Executive Officer for Southern Urgent Care.  He grew up in New York and New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University in 1994 and earned his medical degree at University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. His Emergency Medicine residency was at Albert Einstein Medical Center from 1999 to 2003 and he was an Associate Professor at Albert Einstein Medical Center from 2003 to 2006. Boris has over 20 years of experience in Emergency Medicine.  He has been married for 26 years and has three children.

Dr. Meza is the Chief Financial Officer of Southern Urgent Care.  He attended William Patterson University of New Jersey and obtained his Medical Degree from The Universidad Autónoma De Centro América in San Jose, Costa Rica. Dr. Meza completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. He also completed two years of Internal Medicine/Pediatrics combined residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Meza is board certified in emergency medicine. He has 15+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine.  He has been working as a Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physicians for over 10 years.  In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his daughters.
